Plant Protein Caesar Dressing Recipe

One of my childhood favorites was a crisp Caesar Salad and probably a side of fries if I am being completely honest here. In fact, pouring a creamy Caesar dressing all over my lettuce was pretty much the only way anyone could convince me to eat a salad. Ironic, right? If you have anyone at home who you have to coerce into eating their greens, or you yourself need to make it a bit more interesting while also keeping it anti-inflammatory and protein packed - try my crowd pleasing Plant Protein Caesar Dressing below.

Recipe: Spaghetti Squash Pomodori

Its official – Summer produce is in full bloom, and I am loving it! To me, nothing screams Summer quite like fresh tomatoes and basil in just about everything - So I whipped up this low carb, low sulfur, no oil, - spaghetti squash pomodori that satisfied my summer taste buds. I hope you enjoy it!

Recipe: Zesty Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Sometimes the most delicious recipes, are the least glamorous. Cut to: smashing slightly overcooked sweet potatoes with a fork in the kitchen. This recipe is both cathartic and delicious. It also pairs perfectly on the side of our Sweet and Spicy Roasted Zucchini, and topped off with a little avocado for an added omega 3 anti -inflammatory boost.
