One of my childhood favorites was a crisp Caesar Salad and probably a side of fries if I am being completely honest here. In fact, pouring a creamy Caesar dressing all over my lettuce was pretty much the only way anyone could convince me to eat a salad. Ironic, right? If you have anyone at home who you have to coerce into eating their greens, or you yourself need to make it a bit more interesting while also keeping it anti-inflammatory and protein packed - try my crowd pleasing Plant Protein Caesar Dressing below.
Ingredients
If you are avoiding oils, you can leave out the oil and add an extra tablespoon of the hemp seeds and nutritional yeast OR substitute it for 2 tbsp of tahini. Always way to make these recipes work for your body!
Directions
Put all ingredients into a food processor or Vitamix. Blend until creamy smooth!
Yields enough for 4-5 salads (lasts about 2 days in the refrigerator).
