5 large organic carrots
4 organic zucchini
1 organic red bell pepper
1 organic lemon
2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
1 tsp fresh cracked pepper
1 tablespoon spicy red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro (optional)
